Brain-based Pilates for resilient, adaptable movement.

McEvenue Movement is led by Lily McEvenue, Certified Pilates Instructor, Level 3 Neuro Studio Practitioner, and professional dancer with decades of experience in movement and performance.

McEvenue Movement works with clients living with neurological conditions, clients managing chronic pain, hypermobility, EDS, prenatal and postnatal transitions, sport-specific conditioning, and peri/menopausal changes.

Her advanced studies with The Neuro Studio inform a practice that looks beyond symptoms to address how the nervous system organizes movement. By identifying sensory gaps and compensation patterns, sessions are designed to support long-term change rather than temporary outcomes.

Movement for Every Body

Regardless of limitations, injuries, or past experiences, Lily is passionate about helping clients discover adaptable, empowering ways to move .

Lily has over a decade of continued study in Classical and rehabilitation-based Pilates, the Franklin Method™, and brain-based movement. Her unique background as a performer, and teacher, allows her to design highly individualized sessions that give clients results; whether that be for fitness, injury management, or sport specific goals.

Sipping chartreuse and green tea while looking at the most perfect white subway tile and hand painted signs. Driving through the mountains to Portland reminiscing about the best memories back home. Cozy sweaters, vintage demin, and Pabst while telling one of a kind love stories. The trials and tribulations of love, joy, and happiness. Lastly, champagne brunch and avocado toast while surrounded by the finest exposed brick, dreamcatchers, and maps to our souls. Dreamcatchers, macrame and 100 Days of Summer. Anthropologie trips and walks on the beach, love letters and secret admirers. Fall breeze, flannels, and hot cocoa. Whales and dinosaurs and handmade crafts. Salvage denim, antique leather bags, and the first time we watched Moonrise Kingdom.

The slow hum of traffic and the cool breeze that signify the joy of a new day.
