Individualized movement. Lasting change.
Led by Experience. Informed by Science.
McEvenue Movement is led by Lily McEvenue, Certified Pilates Instructor, Level 3 Neuro Studio Practitioner, and professional dancer with decades of experience in performance, injury recovery, and movement education. She is a co-founder of Movement Arts, a brain based dance education company.
McEvenue Movement uses a brain-based approach to identify sensory gaps and compensation patterns, supporting long-term change rather than short-term fixes.

Her integration of pilates with neurologically based exercises has helped me to correct maladaptive movement patters not just in my dance but in my every day movemenT
I booked an appointment with her years ago when she began her practice... I have been working with Lily ever since. She tailors your sessions to both your needs and your goals. The pay off, both physically and mentally are incredible.
Lily provides fantastic treatment, using pilates foundations to help target acute and chronic pain. She is empathetic and warm, combining her excellent skills with a wonderful disposition to provide great care.
Lily is not only exceptionally skilled, she's a kind, and understanding person that takes the time to listen so she can offer the best assistance. I saw her to address pain with my shoulders, hips and knees. Every week there was improvement and new learning.
